**Only Non-Incorporated Sole Proprietorships are eligible for interest bearing, transaction accounts.
***Fees are reduced by an earnings credit which is calculated using a periodically established market rate, times the average investable balance in your account during the month. The investable balance is determined by subtracting deposit float and reserve requirements from the average available balance. If the investable balance for your account falls below zero, which can occur when you use uncollected funds, a fee will be assessed based on the bank’s reference rate.
